Nexus Collection Manager ("the app") is a route-collection tool published by SilentPartner
Technologies for employees and contractors of amusement and gaming route
operators. The app is used with a company account issued by your employer
(the "operator"). This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used.
Information the app collects
Account information — your company code, username, and
the name/role your operator assigned to you. Used solely to sign you in
and scope what you can see.
Location — used while the app is in use to show nearby
stops on the proximity map, plan routes, and confirm you are on site
before finalizing a collection or service call. Location is not tracked
in the background.
Camera — used to scan machine QR codes and photograph
machines/meters. Photos you take are attached to collection or service
records in your operator's account.
Bluetooth — used only to connect to a receipt printer
you choose. No other device data is collected.
Work data — collection entries, meter readings,
signatures, and service notes you record are business records stored in
your operator's account.
What the app does NOT do
No advertising, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing SDKs.
No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties.
No background location tracking.
Storage and security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS to SilentPartner-operated servers and
stored in your operator's tenant database. Some data is cached on your
device (encrypted at the OS level) so the app works offline; it syncs and
can be cleared by signing out.
Data retention and deletion
Work records belong to your operator and are retained under their
policies. To correct or delete personal information, contact your operator's
administrator, or reach us at the address below and we will coordinate with
the account owner.
